Summary of Duties:
The Associate Product Marketing Manager will prepare, analyze and present research, trends ideas and market data to identify the concept that will lead to the production and implementation of new products. The sources will include domestic and international trade shows as well as collaboration and discussion with our sales team. This position will partner proactively with the Product and Management team on the status of new concepts and products. The position will also ensure that all display booths are built to specification to ensure strategic product positioning in the marketplace.

Experience Required:
Must have a 5-years marketing related experience. Lighting industry experience is a plus. Must be detail oriented, naturally proactive, have a strong knowledge of production flow, able to manage multiple projects and have a proven creative ability with a track record of "projecting" successful ideas that have been brought to market.
